Operation principle of equipment

Using of short-wave infrared emission of linear quartz halogen lamps provides optimal temperature conditions for the formation of strong decorative pattern.
Due to the spatial-temporal control, infrared emission provides a uniform distribution of the temperature field on the surface of products and their uniform warming up.
An important feature of infrared system is less installed power of heaters and relatively fast reaches operating temperature, compared with convection machines similar purpose.
The machine is used for sublimation thermal transfer of images from the transfer paper/film to any object/material. Previously on the surface should be formed polymer coating.

On our equipment you can decorate:

  • aluminum profiles and sheets;
  • metal profiles and sheets;
  • glass sheets;
  • MDF panels.
