FOR THERMOPLASTIC POWDER COATING BY POLYMER FLAME TECHNOLOGY

The principle of the technology is that the air-powder mixture of specialized thermoplastic powder is fed by compressed air from the hopper to the sprayer, and flying through the flame, the powder particles melt, and already in the liquid phase fall on the surface to be coated. Thanks to the kinetic energy, the molten particles hit the surface and form a strong elastic polymer layer with high adhesion on it. Coatings obtained by this method have a long-lasting multifunctional protective nature.
