Purpose: Using the chemical method of surface preparation based on ENVIROX NR chrome-free passivation technology, to form a conversion layer on the aluminum surface and thereby contribute not only to obtaining high physical and mechanical properties of the powder coating, but also to obtaining high protective anti-corrosion properties.

Principle of operation: Products (mostly aluminum profile) are laid out horizontally on stands under the contour of the pretreatment unit. The contour is a series of consecutively arranged horizontal tubes-combs with nozzles covering the entire plane with profiles. At the same time, the liquid spray torches overlap each other. During processing, the entire unit moves along the profile along the guides with a constant set speed, which depends on the technological cycle and technical characteristics of the unit.
