The equipment is designed for sublimation thermal transfer of images from a temporary image carrier (film) to various parts, on the surface of which a specialized powder polymer coating has been previously formed, and which can withstand heating up to a temperature of 200°C.
As a polymer primer base for sublimation decoration, it is necessary to use only specialized powder primer in combination with a thermal transfer film and all must be certified according to the international standard QUALIDECO. Only such a combination allows you to give the highest design quality and with the maximum guarantee of long-term safety of the pattern clarity while external use.
A main feature of our equipment is the use of short-wave infrared radiation of linear halogen quartz saucers, as a result of which optimal temperature conditions are provided for the formation of a stable pattern on the decorated surface. Due to space-time management, infrared radiation ensures uniform distribution of the thermal field on the surface of the products and their uniform heating. An important feature of the infrared system is the lower installed capacity of the heaters and a relatively quick rise to the working temperature compared to convection systems of a similar purpose.
